A maximum of 6 guests permitted.
Marion Bay House is a nonsmoking house. Only outdoor smoking permitted.
We do not allow pets to ensure the house is always comfortable for those with allergies.
Minimum stay is 3 nights.
Arrival from 12 noon, departure by 4pm
Bookings within 3 months of stay require full payment on time of booking. All other bookings require a 50% deposit to confirm. The balance is due 4 weeks before your arrival.
Cancellations given outside 72 hours from arrival will attract a AU$200 administration fee.
If you wish to postpone your visit instead of cancelling, we can transfer your deposit to another time within 12 months of the original booking.
Cancellations or postponements with less than 72 hours notice will result in the deposit being forfeited. Non-arrivals attract the full tariff being charged.
